&lt;p&gt;Where else can you run a race and then enjoy all the grits you can eat?&amp;nbsp; Only at the Nitty Gritty 5K.&amp;nbsp; The race will begin and end on the campus of the Willis Bradford Branch of the Prattville YMCA .&amp;nbsp; The race path will take you through the Silver Hills neighborhood in east Prattville.&amp;nbsp;Not a fast runner?
